Migdalia Fletcher, M.S., CCC-SLP
Founder, Speech-Language Pathologist
Migdalia brings over twenty years of diverse experience as a speech-language pathologist and language and literacy consultant in both private and public school settings to the Language & Literacy Lab. As a diagnostician, interventionist, and educator, Migdalia is committed to evidence-based strategies and ongoing education to inform her practice. The techniques, strategies, and resources she uses in the Language & Literacy Lab have not only been personally vetted and tested over many years working as a speech-language pathologist and special education curriculum specialist but are founded in the science of language and of reading.
"Just as we accept that individual species of plants have specific environmental needs (e.g., sun, soil, water), we need to understand that neurodiverse children require unique ecological nutrients in order to blossom."
