Her career in education includes over 22 years of experience in public schools and private special education schools and clinics, serving students across all grade levels for school districts and families across the state of Connecticut. These unique educational and professional experiences laid the foundation for Migdalia's expertise and passion for working with culturally and linguistically diverse and neurodiverse students. Her expertise lies in assessing language, reading, and writing disorders and designing research-based intervention plans for students with complex learning profiles (ADHD, ASD, Bilingual, Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, 2E learners). In 2016, Migdalia founded A.L.L. In 2021, Migdalia expanded her private practice to include intervention services through the Language & Literacy Lab. She also continues to provide training, professional development, and coaching for schools and professionals in the areas of literacy and language.
Migdalia is committed to empowering her clients with the tools to advance their skills in the most efficient and effective manner possible. In all of her interactions, Migdalia's goal is to support her clients in gaining confidence in their skills while experiencing success through engaging in challenging tasks.
